Welcome to our personal owners direct Spain website showcasing our private, beautiful and relaxing Spanish apartment in the hot and sunny Costa Del sol in between Marbella and Malaga. The owners are Julie and Keith from Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire and we spend around 6 weeks a year out there in the apartment, and the remaining weeks we let it out to friends, family and other holiday makers on a self catering private basis. Our owners direct Spain apartment is in the hills of the Costa Del Sol, Andalusia with stunning views of the amazing Mijas valley and the Mediterranean. It is so peaceful and yet only 10 minutes from the sea and all the restaurants, bars and beach clubs including Nikki beach! It is a perfect mix of tranquillity, convenience and pleasure and adds a touch of luxury to your holiday being a spacious and well laid out marbled apartment with two large en-suite bedrooms, one twin and one double plus a double sofa bed in living room. There is air conditioning, all mod cons and a huge balcony overlooking the valley with a private sunny garden with gated access to a deep swimming pool overlooking the stunning Mijas valley and Sea. It doesn't get much better than spending a day at the beach and then coming back for a relaxing drink before heading out to dinner or barbecuing some fresh fish round the pool. A lazy day at the apartment normally means a choice between the sunny balcony, the lush garden, the virtually private pool, or sitting round the larger infinity pool in a more sociable setting with a few of the other holiday makers. It's all rather nice really.

The Golf in Spain is world famous and there are around 70 courses in the area, the courses are outstanding and just a whole different experience to golf in the UK. Most people who stay at the owners direct Spain apartment end up loving it and most people who have been here, have now been more than once, it's definitely a popular place and as such is well kitted out to such a standard, with Broadband and Wi-Fi, British TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning and heating, fireplace, sound system, BBQ, all the cutlery, crockery and kitchen stuff you could want, a stocked up wine rack, two dining tables, comfy seats, pool toys, linen and just about everything you would need. There are bars, restaurants, shops and tennis courts on the complex which really provides all you need if you don't want to venture out.

The area surrounding the apartment is hilly and rugged with stunning views and treks to be had through the hills and paths and some secluded beauty spots if you are feeling adventurous, this is untamed, magical countryside and a pleasure to immerse yourself in. By car the apartment is a 10 minute drive to the beach and the nearest town which is Elvira, the beaches stretch all down the coast and it's possible to walk or cycle to Marbella and Puerto Banus although, at 5 miles, a drive is a little easier. One of the great things about the owners direct Spain apartment is it's proximity to everything, it is an hour from Malaga airport, which means if you get a morning flight you can be swimming in the pool by lunch. It is also 20 minutes from Marbella, which is a lovely and bustling town and a hang out for the rich and famous. The boardwalk down the beach is littered with restaurants grilling fresh sardines and serving ice cold beer and comes alive at night with entertainers and night goers. If you're after a good night out, whether its sampling the multitude of tapas bars or clubbing all night then Marbella has it all.

Off peak is also a great time to go if you want slightly milder weather for golf, tennis or other outdoor activities and even the winter is very nice with the temperature always being much higher than home.
